Clarification: We would like to point out in all clarity that the language institute TREFFPUNKT and the Lutz-Hans School in Ibadan, Nigeria, are no longer partners as of October 2022! Unfortunately, we had to learn that a former partner of TREFFPUNKT, the Lutz-Hans School of Business and European Language, continues to act in our name in Nigeria even after the termination of the partnership with TREFFPUNKT and misuses our good name. This goes so far that the Lutz Hans School of Business and European Language issues forged TREFFPUNKT certificates. We will now defend ourselves against this by legal means.

Networking, exchanging ideas with other CEOs of language schools worldwide, presenting yourself: The IALC Workshop organised by the International Association for Language Centres www.ialc.org, a network for language schools, is one of the most important meetings of the language school community. TREFFPUNKT is a member of IALC, which demands the highest quality standards from the language schools in its network, and was therefore of course present at this meeting!

We are now a member of the International Association for Language Centres www.ialc.org, a network for language schools. We are very happy about this! The IALC applies strict quality standards. To become a member, language schools cannot simply apply, but must be nominated by fellow members. This makes membership an important international seal of quality for language schools.

At TREFFPUNKT we are looking forward to the collaboration between Mareen Schönfelder and Kristina Schimmeyer. Mareen has been with TREFFPUNKT since 2019. First she was a teacher, became course manager in 2020 and has now taken over as head teacher on 1 January 2022.
