But some things have changed since then. To avoid getting lost while traveling, standards have been created. One of them is the European standard EN 14804 for language study tour providers. It contains comprehensive quality standards for language study tours. It is important that language students are able to learn successfully in a relaxed atmosphere. They should be able to get in touch with the foreign culture and language without missing a specific level of comfort.
Certified Quality at Sprachinstitut TREFFPUNKT
Sprachinstitut TREFFPUNKT Bamberg has now been certified according to the EN 14804 standard. The standard includes a number of important criteria that guarantee language students the best quality for their courses. These criteria include: well-equipped classrooms, trained and qualified language teachers, a maximum number of 15 participants in a regular course, a maximum of eight participants in mini courses, at least 15 language lessons per week with a duration of 45 minutes each, placement tests for students and adults, leisure activities, a language diploma plus the regular quality examination of local accommodations.
Thanks to the quality standard EN 14804 it is now guaranteed that customers of the Sprachinstitut TREFFPUNKT receive the highest quality possible in all matters concerning their language study tour. Additionally, the Sprachinstitut has also been admitted to the Fachverband Deutscher Sprachreise-Veranstalter e.V. (FDSV). The FDSV is an association of 33 leading German language travel organizers and language schools that have committed themselves to the strict quality guidelines of the FDSV – based on the EN 14804.
