TREFFPUNKT language institute director Kristina Schimmeyer elected to Fachverband Deutscher Sprachreise-Veranstalter (FDSV) board of directors
Berlin / Bamberg. Kristina Schimmeyer, director of the TREFFPUNKT language institute in Bamberg, has been elected to the board of directors of the Fachverband Deutscher Sprachreise-Veranstalter (FDSV). The election took place at the FDSV general meeting at the Canadian embassy in Berlin on November 2nd, 2019. Kristina Schimmeyer‘s election to the FDSV board of directors happened just one year after the Bamberg language institute TREFFPUNKT had been admitted to the FDSV association and had received its European standard language study tours provider certification DIN EN 14804.
Along with Peter Schuto from Bielefeld and Alberto Sarno from Frankfurt who were re-elected to the FDSV board of directors Kristina Schimmeyer will now represent the FDSV association to the outside world and she will also represent and state the interests of German language schools to the FDSV association.
Ensuring that high quality standards are met at language schools, language study travel courses and language courses will be the top priority of Kristina Schimmeyer‘s work on the board of directors. As director of the Bamberg TREFFPUNKT language institute Kristina Schimmeyer already takes care that the participants of German and English language courses are being taught by competent teachers. Kistina Schimmeyer is looking forward to her new tasks: "The certification of our language institute last year and my election to the board of directors this year shows that we deliver high quality work at TREFFPUNKT. I am pleased that I can support the FDSV with my knowledge and that I can contribute the concerns and topics of German language schools to the FDSV."
