German for doctors
Description of course:
Would you like to work as a doctor in Germany? In order for this to be possible, a number of requirements must be met. You need a recognition of your license to practice medicine. In addition, you must pass the professional language exam.
We prepare you comprehensively for this important German exam and practice all relevant topics with you - from grammar to doctor-patient conversation situations to the required technical vocabulary. Our qualified "German as a Foreign Language" teachers will help you to master all language hurdles.
In this course, intensive language training at the B2/C1 level is combined in the mini-group in the morning with specific technical vocabulary training in the "German for Medical Professionals" lessons in the afternoon. So you will not only prepare optimally for your medical language exam, but also further develop your general language skills.
You will receive two books and a Treffpunkt welcome package from us. You can buy the other books from us. In any case, please bring a "large" dictionary (at least 70,000 keywords) or a smartphone/tablet with a suitable app.
You should allow up to 2 hours daily for class preparation and follow-up at home.
Course schedule:
Mini Group: Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., German for Medical Students: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m

The level target is achieved in this way over 8 weeks.
