The journey to Germany of 18 young people from China began today with their arrival in Bamberg. Over the next nine months, the young people will learn German. Their aim is to then go to a boarding school in Germany to complete their A-levels so that they can also study in Germany. The intensive language course at TREFFPUNKT, which prepares them for attending school in Germany, begins tomorrow. During this time, they will be staying with host families in Bamberg. They also got to know them yesterday. It was of course very exciting for both sides.
The young people still have a long journey ahead of them! And Bamberg is the ideal city for their first steps.
