Nine months. So many shared experiences, challenges, successes and little moments you can’t plan for.
To mark our farewell, we treated our pupils to a very special German delicacy: spaghetti ice cream. For many, it was their first time – even for our head teacher Rita, who’s from Italy!
The empty plates at the end showed that everyone had enjoyed the meal.
At our last meeting together, we looked back on the past few months. When the pupils first arrived in Bamberg, so much was new to them: the language, the culture, the school, life in Germany.
Enormous progress
Today we are saying goodbye to young people who have not only made enormous progress with their language skills, but have also grown as individuals. And some of them have even grown quite a bit taller over these nine months.
We are proud of their courage, their perseverance and their progress. They are now continuing on their journey and attending German boarding schools to take their Abitur exams.
We say thank you!
Thank you for letting us accompany you on this part of your journey. We’ll miss you and are already looking forward to every visit, every message and every reunion.
All the best for the journey ahead – we believe in you!
